When you visit our website, technical information (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of access) is automatically stored in server log files. This data serves the technical operation and security of the website. It is not merged with other data sources. Log files are automatically deleted after 30 days.

4. Contact form and email contact

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, the data you provide (name, email address, message content) will be stored to process your inquiry and for any follow-up questions. We will not pass this data on without your consent.

5. Booking system (Smoobu)

For online booking we use the Smoobu service (Smoobu GmbH, Berlin). When booking, your data (name, email, travel dates) is transferred to Smoobu and processed there. You can find Smoobu's privacy policy at smoobu.com/privacy.

6. Cookies

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies that are required to operate the website. We do not use marketing cookies, tracking cookies or third-party cookies for advertising purposes.

Consent to cookies is therefore not required. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time, although this may affect the functionality of the website.

You have the right to information about the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data deleted or processing restricted, as well as the right to data portability.
